kirexto.com is run by John Martin, Toronto, Ontario. It offers a free web preview of Neon Highway Racer, a game in development for Android. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Free and as is

The web version is free, has no purchases or ads, and is provided as is. Because it's a preview, it may have bugs, change or go offline without notice. We don't guarantee it works on every browser and device, or that the records saved in your browser will last.

Coins and points

Coins, points and records exist only inside the game. They have no cash value, can't be bought or sold, and don't entitle you to any prize.

Acceptable use

You can play, share the link and post screenshots of your runs. You can't copy, redistribute or sell the code, the artwork or the game's name, or use the site in a way that interferes with how it works.

Intellectual property

The game, code, artwork, text and images on this site belong to John Martin unless stated otherwise.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts in Toronto. If the terms change, the date below changes too.
