Who reads it and when we reply
Messages are read by John Martin. We reply within three business days, Toronto time. Around statutory holidays and the last week of December it can take a little longer.
Found a bug in the game?
It helps a lot if you tell us:
- your device and browser, for example "Pixel 7, Chrome";
- what you were doing when it happened and roughly how many seconds into the run;
- whether it happened once or you can make it happen again;
- a screenshot, if you have one.
Feedback and the Android version
Found the game too hard, too easy, or boring after a certain point? That's the kind of message that helps us most. If you'd like to hear when the Android version is out, say so in your email and we'll write back once there's a date. We won't use your address for anything else.

Before you write
Many rule questions are already answered on the home page: how fast the road gets, how long each power-up lasts, what a near miss is worth. It's worth a quick look first.
What we can't do
We can't restore lost records: they live in your browser and we don't keep a copy. There's no online leaderboard, so we can't change anyone's score either. For anything about personal information, the privacy policy explains how we handle those requests and how fast.
