Short answer: the site doesn't collect information about you. We only handle what you send us by email.
Who is accountable

What the site doesn't do
There are no forms, accounts, traffic analytics, advertising pixels or third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Game records and your cookie choice stay in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us. The details are in the cookie policy.
What we handle when you write to us
If you email us, we handle your address, the name you use and the content of your message, only to answer you. We keep the conversation for up to 12 months after the last message, then delete it. We don't share it with anyone and we don't use it to send you promotional messages; under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) we would need your express consent for that, and we don't ask for it.
Hosting logs
Like any web server, our hosting provider may log the IP address, date and page requested to protect the service against abuse. We don't use those logs to identify visitors, and they're kept only as long as security requires. The provider may process them outside Canada.
Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent. Write to the address above and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Children
The game asks nobody for information, whatever their age. If you're under 13 and want to write to us, ask a parent or guardian to help.
